White Chocolate Brown Sugar Cookies

Happy Friday!!  These cookies are one of my all time favorites!  They're yummy as is and take well to dried fruits (apricots - yum!) or a switch up of the chocolate.

White Chocolate Brown Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 bag white chocolate chips
1/2 cup ground pecans

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees
  2. Cream together the butter and sugars
  3. Add in eggs and vanilla
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt
  5. Combine the dry and wet ingredients
  6. Stir in white chocolate and nuts until just combined
  7. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet
  8. Bake at 300 degrees for 18-20 minutes

Oh yum! Great looking cookies. I'll have to try this recipe for sure. :)

It was nice meeting you at the TCB chat. I hope that becomes a weekly thing!
